Corban University Theater presents “Robin Hood”
March 16 @ 7:30 pm
In medieval England Robin Hood and his merry men (and women) fight the oppressive rule of King John and his greedy underlings the Bishop of Hereford and the Sheriff of Nottingham. With the help of John’s mother Queen Eleanor and her lady-in-waiting Maid Marian, Robin’s band uses all their wit and sword skills to restore justice to the people. With hilarious characters, dramatic conflicts, and thrilling fight scenes, “Robin Hood” is an adventure your family won’t want to miss! This all-ages performance is directed by Salem resident Rachel Ost, and features fight choreography by SAFD Certified Fight Director Jonathan Cole. An opportunity for children to meet Robin Hood and other characters will follow each performance. Shows will be held at Corban University’s Psalm Performing Arts Center located at 5000 Deer Park Dr. SE in Salem (wheelchair accessible). Seating is festival style, and doors will open one half hour before show time. Early arrival is recommended. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students and seniors (62+), and $8 for children ten and under. Group discounts are available.
