Can you build relationships with business owners, learn about their goals and needs, and build marketing campaigns to help them achieve success?

Extra Mile Media, Hope 107.9 FM, and AM 790 KWIL are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Consultant to sell radio and digital advertising products to local businesses and advertising agencies.

We’re looking for someone who can sell advertising and create compelling radio and digital advertising efforts. We want someone who is looking to build a career and put in the long-term work and training to succeed for your clients, Extra Mile Media, and for yourself. The smarter you work and the more businesses you build relationships with, the more money you will make.

Our Marketing Consultants have a generous no-cap compensation plan, including paid vacation and employer-sponsored health insurance.

Expectations:

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals by selling radio and digital forms of advertising products.
• Find new leads and prospects each week through research, networking, and referrals.
• Contact business leaders with a valid reason and secure weekly face-to-face meetings.
• Complete a Client Needs Analysis for each client and prospective client to understand what it will take for the business to grow.
• Attend and contribute to regular sales and one-on-one meetings with the station General Manager.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of all sales calls, meetings, and recommendations using our CRM software.
